Would definitely stay here again...

Liked: Hotel was clean, comfortable and appreciated the little extras that made the stay great(cookies, breakfast, great auto grind coffee machine in lobby, brochures of things to see in the area…) We were here with the kids to see White Sands Nat Park and I really appreciated that the hotel had sleds to lend out for the dunes. The kids spent hours with them and this would have been a significant rental fee. I would definitely stay here again.
Disliked: The kids thought the inside pool was a little too cold to enjoy at this time of year (feb).

Exceptional

Liked: The location is perfect for visiting the WhiteSands National park.The staff is very friendly.They even rent the sleds for free which saved some money from renting one from the Visitor Center.

Comfortable stay in a good...

Liked: I liked the sundries store next to the front desk. it saved me the trouble of going out to get a candy bar.
Disliked: My room door seemed to not unlock without reason. The front desk employee accompanied me and there was nothing wrong with the door. I would that thought an electronic lock would work better than that.
