Disliked: The receptionist was rude and had no desire to help resolve this issue at hand.

Liked: I asked If would receive a refund if I had to leave a day early. They said yes. I asked the question because my father fell one day and I left that night to stay with him. I hope I was refunded for the day I was not there. Who do I contact?
Disliked: It looks as if I did not receive the refund.

Disliked: The manager. We were in town for a high school fishing tournament. When we went to park our boat the manager came out, and very hatefully told us we could not park our boat in the parking lot and could not charge it there.
