Disliked: we stayed at holiday Inn express in Rock Hill the night before which was a nicer hotel for less money. it was cleaner and the bed was more comfortable. to pay more money for the same chain hotel that cost more but less roomy feeling and bed not as comfortable the very next night is disappointing.

Friendly staff and standard hotel...

Liked: Clean and very friendly staff.
Disliked: We had a strong sewage smell in our room all night. There were no other rooms available otherwise we would have asked for a different room. The staff came up and tried to flush the lines and spray freshener but we really think it was coming from outside. When we walked out in the morning we smelt sewage right outside our window in the parking lot. But the staff did all they could when we notified them

I would definitely stay again....

Liked: Everything was really nice about my stay. I appreciated that they came everyday and provided new towels, emptied waste basket and if needed and any cleaning requested. You didn't have to ask they automatically did so which is unlike any other hotels I have stayed at. No issues with anything. Room was clean and comfortable.
Disliked: The only thing I could see was that the breakfast items that were to be warm were cool not warm. Also bananas needed to be thrown away rather then served. Other than that the breakfast area was clean and staff were very friendly. Coffee was always hot and good.
