Was very impressed with everything about my stay here and will be back. Can I also mention 2 members of staff on nightshift - Terry and Allan - they made us feel very welcome and were very friendly - they are a credit to your company and I will be back.

Short but very sweet stay!

Liked: Very clean well located and tremendous staff. Lovely open plan reception bar restaurant area.
Disliked: No white bread left for breakfast for husband and son. There were 2 coaches in and they may have underestimated the amount needed for the other guests.

The on-site reception staff were...

Liked: The incorrect parking charge incurred on my previous visit was rescinded thanks to the reception staff - for which I am most grateful. They were most helpful, and a great credit to the hotel.
Disliked: On my previous visit I was charged for parking, despite requesting, and logging in, for free parking.
