Liked: Super friendly staff, great breakfast, loads of choices, need to add mushrooms...
Disliked: Beds a little hard but that's personal preference.Parking is a extra charge

Liked: Was cold very cold the room. 25 Celsius maximum on the thermostat and the fun anyway every 5 minutes switch off so not coming the hot air.
Disliked: Cold room

Liked: The room was clean and welcoming
Disliked: The heating system does not work well. I left the noisy machine on throughout half of the night but the room temperature did not improve much.Not ideal for a winter night.

Very clean and good value.

Liked: The cleanliness of the hotel was top. The room was very clean and laid out really good. Young lad on reception was happy and approachable.
Disliked: Maybe more tea bags and milk only 2 tea bags and 3 little packs of milk wasn't enough. Thought 2 female members of reception desk were rude and not friendly.

Liked: On our arrival We we received a warm welcome by 2 very friendly members of staffOur rooms were next to each other which was great
Disliked: Both the double beds the mattress were uncomfortable we rolled into the middle and did not sleep very well on top of this the AC/heating iwas extremely noisy when It kicked in every half an hour we had to turn it off to try and get some sleep in doing this the room was very cold this was in the 3 rooms we booked so not just 1 faulty unit Even my youngest that sleeps through anything normally kept waking up.The breakfast was good although was missing fried or poached eggs only scrambled is served My girls loved the pancakes with chocolate spread

Liked: size of accessible room and bathroom cleanliness of room. iron hairdryer kettle all clean and working. if we need anything we just asked and they provided it breakfast great staff friendly and helpful wil always carry your meal to table and fetch drinks if you ask
Disliked: no plug near to bed as I have a CPAP machine which meant they lent me a extension cable but it meant having a trip hazard. no loop system for TV my husband is deaf but also partially sighted so sub titles no good. but they have a better layout than most hotels
