Good venue

Liked: Everything worked well and was convenient.
Disliked: The parking process. I failed to use the discount code and spent the week trying to contact the parking company to try and have it refunded which I did eventually receive.

Very happy - good value...

Liked: Convenient location, helpful staff, good breakfast
Disliked: Bed was good, but pillows I prefer firmer pillows

Liked: It was in the right location for us. Rooms were comfortable and modern
Disliked: I’d have liked a bit more space so that I didn’t have to co-sleep with my 4 month old but that was a minor issue

Liked: Very close to the football ground , the town Centre and surrounding areas
Disliked: Nothing

Liked: Staff were pleasant. Breakfast was fine.
Disliked: The noise in the room was dreadful. Every hour throughout the night there was a bang from a ventilation fan or some other services. Terrible nights sleep.
