Liked: Great hotel, friendly staff, very clean rooms, good toilets, amenities provided, clean linen, clean towels, iron and iron board and hair dryer provided. Tea items and kettle provided. There is a TV in the room. Good heating. Shower OK. Room clean. Spacious room.
Disliked: Need to pay for parking, 1st come basis, council car park behind the hotel. Night time free.

It was ok

Liked: Comfortable bed, clean room, some staff were very friendly, easy booking in/out
Disliked: Key card wouldn't work every time I used it, no plug by the Beds just a USB that didn't work, evening meal was half cooked, one member of staff was rude ,
