Disliked: I am 5 feet tall with sore knees. I booked a handicap accessible room. The room had 2 beds that were so high that I had no way of climbing up on them. Apparently all the rooms are like this. After many tries to mount the bed and gave up. There was only a computer chaair and I couldn't see me sitting on that all night so I put the quilt on the floor with the pillows and slept ( badly ) on the floor. Then on checkout my bill was $10 more than the Booking .com quote. The desk clerk then reversed the $10 but $100 to sleep on the floor. Breakfast was terrible, very little choice, no yoghtrt or muffins just white bread and plain bagels.

Liked: Close to the highway. Clean and well appointed room. Very nice breakfast. All in all a very nice stay. It was the second time we stayed at this location.

Liked: Front staff was AMAZING! Manal (spelling?) and the night staff at check-in were very accommodating and offering to help carry luggage upstairs because elevator was broken.All were super pleasant. Manal was back in AM and couldn't have been more helpful. We lost our car keys (had to use spare) and I could tell Manal was truly concerned, as if it were her keys. She took our contact info, just in case. Someone did turned in the keys a couple of days later and she contacted us and we are now arranging to have them shipped to us. I am not sure if Manal is part of the ownership, but it appeared she may be. She always thanked us for staying with you and requested we stay again. We will DEFINITELY stay again because of just this!If Manal is not part of the ownership, she should be commended for her exemplary customer service. A lot of front desk personnel can learn from her example.
Disliked: You should remove the carpeting from the pet friendly rooms and replace with a floating floor or anything that does not absorb (except tile, too cold, too expensive). Carpet is is impossible to get clean with that many pets.
