Liked: The location was perfect and the staff was very friendly
Disliked: The cleanliness needed more attention. There was hair in the sink and the tub. Also there was a large stain in the shower and specks of blood on the bathroom wall. When I walked in the room the first thing I noticed was someone’s fingernail.

Disliked: My room was filthy. Garbage from prior people was still in the can (paper bag and Mt dew bottle). Debris on the floor and in counter. There was what looked like bathing suit liner on the ground too. The edge of the tub was dirty. Mirror was dirty. Nothing seemed wiped down. My daughter had men’s hair in the sheets. The floor in the lobby was sticky.

Liked: Good location, decent breakfast bar. Quiet after 10pm. I had a room on the ground floor with barrier-free bathroom because available. Loved it. - They have an outdoor pool and a decent fitness studio with sufficient space for floor workout and with yoga mats. NOT busy in the AM! The AC has an in-room remote control, that was nice to turn it off overnight.
Disliked: My room had no central light switch nor one big light but MANY individual light sources.

Liked: Mÿ bañk çard was stoleñ before my trip. Thebank gàve me a dìgitàl card untìl the new came in. The hotel wouldñt take it. I went an picked up a reloadable visa to use,they wouldnt tàke it either. Tĥey also wouldnt accept çash! So after driving òver 7 hoùrs we were left with ño place to stay! I wontbe staying with Holiday INN again.!!!!!
