Bad

Liked: Front desk person told me that I didn’t have reservations. I showed her the confirmation and she said that didn’t matter they did not have my reservation and there were no rooms available. I asked her to call the manager and she said he was off. I asked her to call her manager at home. She finally did. I was not ugly to her but I was firm. While waiting on the manager 2 couples came in and asked if they had any rooms available and she told them yes and checked them in. The manager came in and checked me in. He was very nice and bent over backwards to see that I had a room. It took almost 45 minutes to check in.

They did it again!

Liked: The location was convenient to get to the hospital. The breakfast is always delicious. The staff is friendly and helpful. They are consistent as we've come here for several years now to visit family. We will pay a little more because of the quality service.

The stay was good but...

Liked: Very clean
Disliked: The check in receptionist took forever to find my reservation. I had to go grab my phone and show her the confirmation number. She also gave me a handicapped room with a king bed but I reserved a room with two beds instead. The check out receptionist was great though.

I will never book with...

Liked: I wouldn’t know. Our reservation was canceled by the hotel and we were not informed until we showed up at 10 pm after driving 4 hours.
Disliked: That they canceled our confirmed and credit card guaranteed reservation without any notification because we did not book directly.

My stay at this hotel...

Liked: The only thing I liked about the property was the location , it was close to my daughters school event and we didn’t have to drive that far
Disliked: My room was filthy. Nothing about it was clean. The bathroom was so dirty. The toilet had brown stayed on the seat and a dark yellow ring in the inside. The floor on my room had dead bugs on it. My pillows smelled funny. I called the front desk and told her these issues and all she stated was that they don’t have a cleaning staff that works at night so nothing was done

Liked: Location
Disliked: Dirty. We didn’t have a shower curtain. Pool was disgusting. Breakfast was cold.

I think they need to...

Liked: The location was perfect and the staff was very friendly
Disliked: The cleanliness needed more attention. There was hair in the sink and the tub. Also there was a large stain in the shower and specks of blood on the bathroom wall. When I walked in the room the first thing I noticed was someone’s fingernail.
