It was average.

Liked: Easy access to the express way.Restaurant next to hotel. The staff were pleasant.
Disliked: On my last morning there I found a roach on the bathroom counter.The walls are thin, at 4 am l heard the guest next door snoring.

SCAMMING PEOPLE AND STAFF TRYING...

Disliked: Hotel did not give me a room when i came to checkin. My booking was confirmed 3 days back. They scam people by telling that they dont have beds and will provide sheets to sleep on the floor. I have been charged without not even staying at the hotel.Worst staff, the guy at the reception was too rude and didnt even know what to do. All he said was "I just came in".

Disliked: Booking.Com CANCELED my reservation before my arrival without ever a word. The Holliday Inn Express went out of their way to arrange for me to stay in a comfortable room. I WILL NEVER USE BOOKING.COM AGAIN!!!!!! What a pathetic experience! Holliday Inn Express without Booking.Com was excellent!
