Booking was a disaster.

Liked: We booked two rooms and when we got there they had us only booked for one. We booked through booking.com so that turned out to be an issue. However, I've booked many times this way and never had an issue. They put it on us to solve this issue. I called booking.com and let them know of the situation. Seemed helpful. We were then charged for the second room the next day. Still waiting to see if that gets changed. The place itself was ok. I was expecting a little better out of a H.I.E.

Liked: My room was clean comfortable and spacious, the complimentary breakfast was very good, and the staff and the staff were exceptional! Very friendly, welcoming and helpful to me during my stay.
