Mediocre hotel at best. But considering the prices of the other hotels it isn't too bad. I've stayed here twice.

Liked: Easily accessible and close enough to the Pageant for a no hassle trip after the show.
Disliked: Weird smell throughout most of the building.

Exceptional

Liked: Nice updated rooms.
Disliked: Parking garage a bit tight but they did waive parking fee.

Liked: Location is great. Breakfast was a great selection to choose from. Clean rooms and staff was friendly!
Disliked: The curtains in our room didn’t go all the way to the floor so the lights from the parking lot outside shined like daylight all night long.. didn’t need a night light it was like daytime in the room.
