Mediocre hotel at best. But considering the prices of the other hotels it isn't too bad. I've stayed here twice.

Liked: Easily accessible and close enough to the Pageant for a no hassle trip after the show.
Disliked: Weird smell throughout most of the building.

Liked: Staff was exceptional, room was great, clean and comfortable.
Disliked: The unexpected charges. It was priced at $139 on the web page but after fees, parking, taxes, more fees it totaled out to $202.85. That is my biggest and only issue.

Liked: I particularly like the showers and the beds. The staff is very accommodating and friendly. The location is great for what I was doing. We will be back.

Really nice hotel that surpassed...

Liked: The room was very spacious, clean, super comfortable and quiet. It had every amenity we needed and also had secure parking on site. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The 'Grab & Go' self service breakfast was perfect for us.
Disliked: There was building work going on while we stayed, but to be honest, although not visually great, it didn't affect us at all. No noise or dust or inconvenience in any way. I hope it all looks wonderful when its finished. :-)

It was a good place...

Liked: Room was fine, location perfect, helpful staff.
Disliked: Breakfast wasn't great, but the facility is in transition and is remodeling to accommodate better food service. Lighiting choices in the room could be improved with two instead of one reading lights in bed. Garage was a challenge, but I can see that things will be better when the remodel is complete.
