Mediocre hotel at best. But considering the prices of the other hotels it isn't too bad. I've stayed here twice.

Liked: Easily accessible and close enough to the Pageant for a no hassle trip after the show.
Disliked: Weird smell throughout most of the building.

The people are very nice.

Liked: The location was walking distance to where I needed to be every day
Disliked: It’s a bit pricey for just a basic room.

Disliked: Having to wait so long for a room due to:1) A corner having to be helped fora very long time due to an error from a staff member at another location. 2) An error of a staff member, with that property assigning my room away to another customer. So I had to wait even longer for the current staff member to go upstairs and to check to see if my room reserved for me had an occupant in it or not & unfortunately it did have an occupant in it and the staff member then had to find another room for me. I had gotten in very late and I was very tired and was very disappointed in having to wait so long to rest.2) I had roaches in my room and that was very disgusting!.
