Liked: I reserved and paid for a room only to be called by the hotel stating that I can’t stay there because I live locally. I have not yet been refunded. This is terrible service and should not happen.
Disliked: You should take peoples money if you can’t provide a room

Liked: I loved the property it so clean and very inviting.
Disliked: The only thing I didn’t like about our stay is the fact that other first we’re making some of the people we with uncomfortable stares blocking the hot tub to prevent us from getting in it things like that. Had my family not have endured this it would have been all good.
