Liked: The staff was friendly and helpful.I actually booked the wrong Holiday Inn in St Cloud. Didn't know they had two. The staff helped me get it straight.Our room was spacious. I reserved the queen suite. We had a family affair meeting our adult kids and grandchildren age 2, 5, 8.Plenty of room for sleepover with the Grands.The whole complex is spacious. Loved the large hot tubs. Great place for family reunions.
Disliked: I was not impressed with the buffet breakfast.

Liked: I reserved and paid for a room only to be called by the hotel stating that I can’t stay there because I live locally. I have not yet been refunded. This is terrible service and should not happen.
Disliked: You should take peoples money if you can’t provide a room
