Liked: The hotel is in a great location, walking distance to a beach, restaurant, and a Publix supermarket. I can not say enough about the front desk staff. The effortless check-in, things to do, and places to eat recommendations, friendliness, and more. The kitchen crew was very welcoming and accommodating. The housekeeping staff were upbeat and always with a smile. They provided items I needed immediately.
Disliked: I liked it all because it is a wonderful place to stay. But I wish they had a separate lounge area in the main lobby. Also, I was a bit disappointed that the heated pool was not working during my stay. But things happen. I hope in it is in working condition for my next stay.I did notice the microwave door had very visible fingerprints, and the inside of the fridge had a little bit of rust buildup. This can be remedied with a little more attention to clean-up and some appliance care.
