Liked: Breakfast was good. Dining staff very friendly and helpful 10/10. Front desk was very sweet kind and helpful 10/10.
Disliked: There was an issue with my card locking me out of the pool. Went to the front desk and some who I assumed was head housekeeper told me the pool normally opens at 10am after I told her the sign says 9am. Then she claimed it was locked for cleaning. The front desk staff that checked me in stepped in and told me it locked me out since it was my check out day but immediately fixed the situation and let me in. Same housekeeper knocked on my door 20 mins before check out and made me feel rushed. Other than the housekeeper, everything else exceeded my expectations.

Liked: The hotel was super clean and fresh. All the staff was kind and hospitable. We also got a free room upgrade that was a wonderful surprise and made our stay even better with the extra space. Also having a Publix within very short walking distance helped immensely when traveling with an infant and toddler! We will definitely be returning!
Disliked: Nothing, everything was great!
