We arrived at 2:30 in the afternoon which was a little early. The policy states check in is at 3:00. After driving 7 hours we had rather hoped to be able to shower and change clothes and then have a nice dinner in the area before the concert. We ended up coming back to to hotel at 5:00 and the room was still not ready. We had to wait until 5:30 for the room to be ready. The concert started at 6:30. I was not happy with this late check in time and will not stay at Sleep Inn again. I will choose another motel closer to the beach next time.

Liked: Internet in room was terrible - Breakfast was just ok but the lady serving was pleasant. Room was very clean
Disliked: In trying to get in to the pool no one knew how until they called the manager/Internet as above - poor. No one could tell me if ther were feathers inteh pillows - they felt like there was. I had put in a request for no pillows and in the middle of the night I needed to do something for my eyes and take alergy pill.

Liked: Good location. Easy to get Uber and get around. Staff was excellent. They were all very helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly.

A Holiday Inn Express at...

Liked: Everything! The modern clean facilities, the name brand amenities, friendly staff with special mention of Patricia. Good parking and location with easy access to major roads
Disliked: No WI FI access either from the room or lobby. When you DID get a signal at all, it quickly disappeared so you couldn’t even begin what you were doing

Liked: We liked the bed is so comfortable and the amenities. Good location.
Disliked: We were disappointed with the service, all the employees were very rude. The walls are not soundproofed, so we arrived at night in the room and just talked, and minutes later there was a loud knock on our door, an staff said in a very rude, rude and frowning way that we were making noise and they had received a complaint from another guest. We stopped when talking and it was only possible to whisper so that no one could hear, since walls and sheets of paper are the same thing. Even though we were "wrong" when talking late at night, the staff's attitude should be different, with more respect and politeness.
