We arrived at 2:30 in the afternoon which was a little early. The policy states check in is at 3:00. After driving 7 hours we had rather hoped to be able to shower and change clothes and then have a nice dinner in the area before the concert. We ended up coming back to to hotel at 5:00 and the room was still not ready. We had to wait until 5:30 for the room to be ready. The concert started at 6:30. I was not happy with this late check in time and will not stay at Sleep Inn again. I will choose another motel closer to the beach next time.

Liked: The location is perfect for attending a concert at the Amphitheater and Historic St. Augustine (without the high price). Hotel was very clean and nicely remodeled/updated.
Disliked: Our room was very noisy at night, not sure if it was because of the mechanical room or the ice machine near the elevator. The pool area was locked up at 9pm, you couldn't even sit outside to unwind. Bed was comfy, pillows - not so much. Breakfast was mediocre...typical free hotel microwave breakfast and closed at 9:30am. The parking lot (free) looks recently redone but the parking spaces are very narrow and the rows are too close together to safely maneuver through the lot.

Liked: The parking lot was adequate, the buildings were well-laid-out, and the automated entrance doors made it easy to take our luggage into the building.
Disliked: Everything was very nice and we have no complaints.
