Liked: Well positioned

Over priced but staff lovely

Liked: Great front of house staff and really made a difference. Bed was comfy.
Disliked: Breakfast wasn't great - hash browns were like cardboard. Carpet was stained in our room but tbh the staff made up for all of this.

Liked: Lovely friendly staff on arrival, always happy to help with any requirements. The location was ideal for us as we flew from London luton the next day. The room was nice and clean, and the bed was very comfortable.Breakfast was perfect, sets you up for a long day of traveling that's for sure.Love the fact it doesn't let animals in the rooms, ensures they stay nice and clean and fresh smelling.The pint of Guinness was beautiful too.

Liked: Very well situated for my purposes. The room was spacious and clean and I appreciated the walk-in shower and the breakfast.

Liked: The beds the comfort the room the ease of access looks so beautiful and clean. Would highly recommend.
Disliked: Coming back from a holiday where hotel staff greet you with a smile, was something that lacked here for sure. I was quite surprised to be honest as I stay in a lot of hotels and team are usually very friendly. Just a small criticism as the hotel is exceptional. The breakfast was nice as they had pancake makers which was very cool, but lacked vegetarian sausages which was a small criticism..
