Liked: The location was perfect for what we needed. The moms and the kids went to the Dr. Suisse and the other museums, the men went to the casino and watched the football game. And we could walk to both. The rooms were large and comfortable! It was nice not being cramped in a room. Asked for a crib, it came within minutes. The best part of our service was Jessica, the staff member who checked us in. As the guys were not back yet from the casino, I wanted to check us in but could not because the rooms were in the men's names. This made me a little on the frustrated side, however, she explained the policy and even though she could tell I was not happy at first, she continued to be professional and stayed in a positive mood. There was no way you could be upset with Jessica, she was amazing. Jessica was also great with the kids while we were waiting in the lobby for the guys to get there. Breakfast was also a plus. The breakfast was good and fresh.
Disliked: That only the person whose name was on the booking could check in. What if that person was unable to go but everyone else in the party could go? I would like to see the option for an alternative person to check in. For instance, when renting a car, you have a main driver, then you have an additional person you can put as a second driver. You should give guest the option when booking, to choose two (2) people who can check in.
