Worst experience of my life

Liked: Location
Disliked: It was under renovation and we were not even informed.No options in breakfast, they didn’t even offered a cup of coffee. No place to sit and eat.

Nicely located hotel

Liked: Location was central and close to Zion visitor center. The room was nicely sized.
Disliked: The hotel was under renovation and breakfast was only a to-go bag. We were not aware of this when we booked. We were on the 2nd floor without an elevator for our luggage. In addition, the bed was too soft.

Liked: It’s a lovely Hotel great location staff were friendly.
Disliked: It’s in the middle of work , no proper reception , pool closed . I’m sure by the peak season it will be up and running

Liked: good view and location, clean, breakfast bag is beyond my expectations
Disliked: too noisy since the entrance door is just in front of our room, everyone's entrance or exit make huge noisy. and they can't register IHG membership points nor provide IHG welcome drink as others since it's booked via booking.com. parking costs 10 dollars which may not be pre-noted.

Liked: Room was confortable as always.
Disliked: The hotel was undergoing renovations, and the lobby was out of service, so check-in was done in a makeshift area that was hard to find and uncomfortably cold. What disappointed me the most was the breakfast—it wasn’t a buffet, just a small bag that was far from satisfying.

Liked: Very nice location and helpful staff.
Disliked: Hotel is still under renovation which affects breakfast. They provide a sack of processed food items, but not hot cinnamon buns or milk. Declined breakfast on my second day. They also charge $10 per night for parking. Very disappointing HIE.
