Great location if you want...

Liked: The location is perfect if you’re visiting Zion. Views are breathtaking when facing the mountains. Hot chocolate and cookies daily. Fire pits and pool/hot tubs to soak in after a long hiking day.
Disliked: It’s nice enough but the carpets in the rooms have seen better days. Chair in room had a “rigged” leg. They have breakfast but it’s very mid. Coffee is just ok.

Phone and tv wouldn’t work...

Liked: Beds were comfy, close to restaurants and bus stop for ZionFriendly staff at reception
Disliked: Phone and tv wouldn’t work on arrival.Tv was fixed but phone never was.Internet was either so slow couldn’t watch a show on tv or didn’t work at all.Plug in bathroom sink got stuck down so couldn’t drain water and vent in bathroom was filthy.Faulty shower/bath tap.Laundry facilities were not working.Major renovations happening that I wasn’t made aware of when booking. Reception was in a portable building and the breakfast that was supposed to be dine in was served in bags from reception due to construction.The building looked like it was not functioning when I first pulled up and I assumed I had the wrong place. I wouldn’t be staying here until renovations are complete.

Liked: Good hotel clean with a nice outdoor hot tub.
Disliked: We weren’t informed that the hotel was under renovation with most of the facilities closed like the lobby or the gym. The breakfast wasn’t a buffet but only a take out bag with a couple of snacks

Liked: The hotel has all the necessary amenities, the room was standard and clean. It's close to bike rentals and the shuttle bus stop.
Disliked: The room was the last on the first floor and we were right next to the exit - we could hear the door open/close up to the evening which gives the sensation of someone trying to enter your room. Disclaimer - we were compensated for this with waiving the parking fee. Just ask for a room not near an exit.

Liked: Good location near Zion National Park. Clean room and parking spot near the rooms.
Disliked: Renovation on the property that did not allowed breakfast or accessibility to all the amenities. Wish that was mentioned.
