Disliked: After making online reservations for two queen beds and two dogs, I was informed at the desk that I "was lucky" they had one pet room left. I told then I made reservations months ago. They were very rude and unhelpful with questions regarding our stay, directions, even where to take the dogs to go potty. Would not recommend.

Everything exceeded our exceptions.

Liked: The staff were ALL so friendly, from our check-in desk experience to the breakfast staff. Everyone went the extra mile to serve all the guests. The room was wonderfully clean and fresh smelling when we arrived, and also looked updated and fresh.
Disliked: I was sorry there was no bathtub for soak in, but other than that it was all exceptional!

Liked: Fresh baked cookies on arrival; clean and comfortable room; easy access fitness center; Beautiful atrium dining area; really cool Bavarian style building; proximity to downtown; very friendly and helpful staff
Disliked: The fitness room was a little small, but we were happy it had at least one treadmill

Away from the street up...

Liked: Great breakfast, plenty of room in lobby to relax. Having fireplaces going would have been nice due t snow and cold windy weather. Quiet was important to us, staff delivered despite bunch of high school kids staying there.
Disliked: Maybe designated area for dogs and some clean up bags for that.
