Liked: Very accommodating! Very friendly and helpful! Best thing is I had to extend my stay and I dint have to change rooms! This is the best! Especially since hampton could not accommodate me! I'm blessed this hotel came through in a crunch! Tough time in my life. My dad was flown here for open heart surgery and this hotel was awesome!
Disliked: Need waffles foe breakfast instead of pancakes.

Dismayed

Liked: We liked the room that was reserved for us to mar 6th; but we wanted to extend our stay.
Disliked: The 1st Desk Assistant was helping us when another staff desk clerk stepped in loudly explaining in disdain to us the hotel policy rather than just taking the steps to add another day she was immoral and scared my emotional body scaring my service babies. She was sooo rude why we ended our stay on Mar 5th even though our room reservations ended Mar 6th.Our room did not have room key and the loud rude woman announced they finally got a key
