Consistent holiday inn quality.

Liked: Holiday Inn very dependable for consistency at airport hotels and this one no exception. Had an early flight so no chance to try the complementary breakfast.
Disliked: We advised in advance that we needed a 4:45 am shuttle and when we checked in at desk were told 4:45-5:30am shuttles reserved for airline crews staying at hotel. If I had been told in advance, I might have selected a different hotel.

Highly recommend and will stay...

Pleasant

Liked: Room was very comfortable and clean once we were set up in the correct room. Airport shuttle was on time and efficient.
Disliked: When we arrived we were assigned to a room that had not been cleaned yet. We were reassigned to a different room, then they forgot to program the key to the new room. Had to go down to the lobby a third time to get the key fixed, it was late at night and a bit annoying that it were so disorganized.

Horrible Holiday Inn stay !

Liked: The rooms where nice and clean.
Disliked: The staff on the evening where very lazy we asked if the had extra blankets and pillows they told us they don't carry extra pillows for the fold out bed I was like what do you use ? They siad they don't know what to tell us. They just didn't want to look for us because we asked the maid in the morning and she was able to get us pillows and blankets she had no idea why they would say that. I usually only stay at Holiday inn when we go some where and they all have been amazing,! but this holiday in was horrible the breakfast was so gross this was not holiday inn standards somebody needs to go in and check this place out the pool and hot tub was nasty brown and green scum. it was so gross !! I left and booked a room at Ramada inn .

Disliked: Was very dirty. Our room had hair and food crumbs in bathroom. Beds were ripped. Was very dirty and smelly
