The bathroom situation ruined my...

Liked: I liked the breakfast, the bed and pillows.
Disliked: I was given a wrong room (disabled room), I had to move to another room which had blocked drainage in both the sink and shower. The staff tried to fix it but could not as they confessed they are not maintenance staff. I had to brush my teeth over the toilet.

Top Class Service

Liked: I must commend all the staff for their welcoming and we can do attitude over our Christmas stay. They were happy and maintained I can help attitude especially as I witness some very awkward customers in the period I stayed. Some of these people should work a day in the hospitality section.. maybe they appreciate it more then. Again my stay was excellent and will always be my first port of call in Southampton..
Disliked: Some of the guests attitude and requests when staying at the hotel, not even thinking that the staff have given up time with their families to provide a service

Liked: Location cleanliness
Disliked: Was told breakfast finished at 10 and was give a card with the timings written on Went down at 915 put some toast on and made a brew . Went to get some sausages beans ect and the staff were taking them away at 100 mph . Explained to the staff we were told 10am they said nothing they could do about it. Also did not appreciate listing to what can be described as polish hardcore rave music coming out of the kitchen when eating breakfast ( well toast ).

Good value for location to...

Liked: Perfect venue for the David Lloyd tennis centre for the pickleball competition. Room was clean tea and breakfast were very good.
Disliked: Double bed was a tad snug
