Staff was disappointing. We won’t...

Liked: Location to the skiing was just a quick walk away.
Disliked: The staff was extremely disappointing. Very rude. Huge ordeal commenced that they had no tack in and when issue was brought in front of GM she was just as bad as the staff. IHG will be hearing about our horrid experience. I won’t use names however just be aware that any issues you may have will be grossly mishandled and then you will be threatened in retaliation when you bring up your complaint.

Very good stay!!

Liked: Good, clean and spacious rooms with tv, coffee maker, oven and a fridge.Very nice breakfast. Amazing location.
Disliked: No bottled water was provided.
