Convenient

Liked: The property was close to Heavenly Village and other establishments which was very convenient. It was also quiet at night.
Disliked: We opted for Pay at the Property but the hotel charged us prior to us arriving. You have to be early for breakfast or be patient since they have a small dining area. The heater/airconditiong was very dry which made sleeping very uncomfortable.

Disliked: The night front desk man had HORRIBLE customer service. When we arrived our hotel door was left wide open. It was alarming! We called the front desk and his response was “what do you want me to do about it?”
