Nice experience

Liked: Clean, friendly staff, we asked a room close to the pool and they were able to accommodate us.
Disliked: Can so easily hear every step of the guests in the room above us.

Liked: Spacious room, staff was very courteous and attended to our needs, breakfast was decent and included in the price
Disliked: Heater did not work properly and was a bit loud, pillows were too soft, fifth floor (where our room was located) was not accessible from the lobby - we had to walk towards the back of the hotel to take another elevator). We did not mind walking but it would have been nice if access was easier.

Liked: Cookies and coffee available at all times! Staff very helpful and nice.The breakfast in the morning had good selections.
Disliked: My room was on the 2nd floor and was noisy. Could hear the walking of the guests above me and the people going to the ice machine. If you have a white noise machine or a fan I recommend bringing it. Otherwise a comfortable stay.
