Disappointing
Liked: Staff was amazingly friendly. Pool was great.
Disliked: Our room was not in good order, not the cleanest. Lamps did not work etc etc. Had an odd smell. Seemed as if a quick “remake” was done to the hotel.

Great except for management’s inability...
Liked: Easy to manage/navigateMatthew was great receiving us and getting us situated. The poor woman who was keeping up with assembling food and stocking food and cleaning the room - SHE was doing an incredible job and either deserves a raise or a full time helper!!!!!!
Disliked: The other guests who seemed to think breakfast was in their home and were camped out ignoring other guests who were trying to have their own bfast time with no tables available. Literally, a parent was sitting at one 4-person table while navigating something on his phone that he seemed not to want his two sons to see, who occupied another 4-person table. And a group of five sat at two neighboring but separate tables 4 at one and the 5th at another table for four people by himself -instead of moving one chair over. AND the lovely couple who seemed to think they needed to fill their table with plates of food and then go back for more and go back for more. Maybe a time limit for occupying tables would encourage some to move on? But please don’t add this to the poor overworked and diligent woman’s responsibilities. AND why is there only one elevator in the complex? The staff has to line up their carts to get upstairs?? This is not their fault - but clearly a lack of foresight by someone who makes probably more than all five staffers combined!! WTF?
