Service is everything.

Liked: Facilities were clean and very comfortable. The breakfast was good.
Disliked: The facilities were very nice, clean and comfortable. Unfortunately there seemed to be a lot of chaos going on with dissatisfied guest. When booking my stay on line, the site indicated there was availability for second night stay. When we arrived, I advised the attendant, she assured me there was availability for the sane rate as my first night. When I went to extend stay, a second attendant stated we would have to change rooms and pay $100 more. This was very inconvenient and we opted not to stay a second night. This was extremely frustrating. This made the stay less than satisfying.

Liked: Very nice hotel, excellent location next to Silver Springs with a fantastic breakfast.
Disliked: We loved everything.

Overall, good place to stay

Liked: Breakfast was short of a few things....however we got some toast
Disliked: missing - bacon-hash browns etc. We live in Canada and I think it makes a difference on the menu.

Liked: The hotel is across the street from silver springs state park. It’s clean, professional and offers a free breakfast. It was quiet.
Disliked: The AC did not work in our room. We told the staff and she said it works off motion detectors but I explained it sounded like it was about to blow up and even when we moved it still wouldn’t turn on. A bit uncomfortable stay for $170 to not have AC but it was clean and close to the park.

Very good
