Horrible Scam by Holiday Inn...

Disliked: Nobody told us the hotel was under renovation.Elevators were covered with plastics to be protected but it was ugly to step on it and you could hear a scary noise when it stopped. Smoke free hotel (just on your web page) but lots of pot smell down the corridors all the time. For breakfast we waited until the lady in charge arrived and 30 minutes later she told us breakfast was just partially available because of the renovations. It was a real SCAM. I'm very angry with Booking.com because of these comments. All these were filmed.

Disliked: The hotel was under renovation and the noise was too loud. We were on the 2nd floor and renovations were being done on the room above us. The drilling and hammering were loud and could not rest. The halls were full of dirty laundry outside the room doors. We checked in at 3 pm and checked out by 9:00 pm. Our bed seemed like someone had slept in it. UUGHHH! We couldn’t stand it and decided to drive home the 4 hours instead.

our stay was very nice.

Liked: Breakfast was very good.
Disliked: The shower head in the bathroom needs maintenance and or replacement.

Basically a good experience.

Liked: Breakfast was good. Mattresses could have been more comfortable.
Disliked: One mattress seemed a little worn and the other was very firm.

Liked: Pool closed, laundry machine room down and ice machine on 3rd floor down. No much for amenities. Also elevator looks like it was going to break down Everytime we used it.
Disliked: Things were just not up to par for price will not stay there again.
