Liked: Location is great - staff fine and everything clean and new
Disliked: Wi-fi didn't work despite asking staff three times to look at it.

Liked: The staff were excellent and especially Nina who demonstrated nothing was too much trouble. We enjoyed the lounge chairs next to the breakfast room where we took a coffee or two. Free parking was a bonus. Nearbye bus stops to get into town
Disliked: Couldn't find the TV guide on the remote. Mobile phone charging points weren't very reliable in the room

Great place for a quick...

Liked: We were very late booking and when we arrived the room we booked had a plumbing issue. No tap in the bathroom. It had been removed presumably to be replaced. But we needed somewhere and it was late. No tap wasn’t a really big problem. The shower and toilet were fine and the staff gave us a 50% discount with a late checkout and some drinks vouchers. So we went for it and it was great!! Massive thanks to Owen for looking after us.

Nice hotel but housekeeping non-existant

Liked: In a good location, quiet and comfy.
Disliked: We stayed for 3 nights and our room wasn't serviced at all. We reported this twice yo reception who apologised. I also sent an email to IHG but the email given to me was invalid. This was an email given to me to advise on any problems before I submit a review. I rang the general number stating our issue and was given an alternative email. I sent my complaint but a week later I haven't had any response. As the room wasn't serviced I had to ask for coffee and milk twice then ask for a toilet roll. The toilet actually needed cleaning and the bin was overflowing. I had to take rubbish out to yhe bin outside.
