Liked: The room was comfy and clean, I really like the campus, but the staff is definitely the highlight! They are so kind and truly care about the people staying at their Inn. Thank you for being so kind!!!

Liked: The breakfast was wonderful. Great staff. Comfortable environment! 5 stars!
Disliked: We were given an ADA room. It was nice but not necessary. We checked in a few hours after my mother in law. She should have had the ADA room mainly for the shower as the tub.

Liked: Breakfast was good location was convenient
Disliked: Very worn furniture old and outdated. Facility is very dark. Elevator is small for carts. Cost was much more than we expected for a Holiday Inn Express.

Liked: The property is in the heart of show low. I like that whenever you forgot some necessities, you can actually request it. The room was decent. Big bed and comfy pillows. It smelled nice.
Disliked: There were trimmed hair in the bathroom floor on the corner that we only noticed when we took a bath since the floor got a bit wet. The hairs started sticking to our foot.
