A very nice stay.
Liked: The room was very nice. Spacious. The breakfast was very good and they had gluten free options.

Liked: Bed was comfortable
Disliked: Security deposit was taken three times. Staff was not able to do a refund when we were there. Unacceptable to have $75 take because of a glitch in your system

It is a very nice...
Liked: The building, everything is new and the breakfast is not bad.
Disliked: The sheets were a little dirty. The housekeeper entered the room at 7 a.m. and said she hadn’t been informed that there were guests in the room. The lady in charge of the breakfast was rude, even with her assistant because he tried to be kind to us. It’s been over a month since we stayed at the hotel, and the $25 security deposit is still pending in my bank account.
