Great Stay!

Liked: The staff was incredible. We had a room issue late one night that was not the fault of the hotel. However, the gentlemen working overnight, Gray, went above and beyond to resolve the issue to help us not have to change rooms. I was extremly grateful for his service and care while taking care of the issue. The location is in a great spot in Searcy, just a short drive from Harding University. The fitness center was nice. However, there is a Planet Fitness about a one minute walk away. We plan to stay here over the next several years when attending events at Harding.
Disliked: The air conditioner is set on a sensor for movement. When we returned for the day, the room was warm at 72. This wasnt a huge issue until it did the same thing during the night making the room warm while trying to sleep. The smoke alarm battery died which is what caused the room issue at 12:30a. But staff member Gray took great care in resolving the issue.The queen bed wasnt very comfortable.

Liked: Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good. Front desk person was friendly.
Disliked: Motel is behind a shopping center and an adjacent motel has a more prominent sign so finding it is a little tricky.

Parth is the reason this...

Liked: Parth was amazing. I had a bad day traveling and was just ready to get to bed for an early morning. He stopped at nothing to make sure we were taken care of. He was extremely pleasant and even had some rude guests I observed him handle tremendously!
Disliked: It’s Searcy- not your fault
