Disliked: The walls were very thin, the staff was loud in the early mornings while they were cleaning. Tasha was very helpful and was great at the front desk. She helped me with my reservations as I ran into some issues and helped me sign up with the rewards program. She is the best!

Disliked: Poor check-in. Staff attitude. Room was not made up or cleaned on for the second night. When discussed with the staff, it didn’t seem to matter. Just poor attitude. I informed the staff of a maintenance issue just for information and did not request it to be repaired. In our absence, maintenance staff had come in to do the repairs and we had no notification they would be in the room. The workers had left the access key cards on the counter of the bathroom and when we got back to the room my daughter noticed them and immediately started looking into her luggage to ensure nothing was missing. That wasn’t appreciated. Again I questioned the front desk and again it didn’t seem to matter.

Convenient for a stay in...

Liked: Comfortable and convenient. Free parking and breakfast included. Good California Pizza restaurant close by.
Disliked: Bot mornings we were there, parties of guests occupied all the convenient low tables in the breakfast area, using them as a lounge after they’d finished eating, crowding the small area and making life inconvenient for everyone else.£50 damage deposit taken on my debit card and not yet refunded.
