Liked: Breakfast was excellent, nice variety. The location was perfecly located to parking garage and all the downtown attractions. It was very walkable to get around the town from here.

Our stay was fine.

Liked: I walked in to reserve my room with our IHG rewards and I was told that they did not participate. So, I had to step aside and go online & book a reasonable room online through Booking.com because I was told that would be a little cheaper. The young woman at the desk was not helpful as far as a couple questions that I had about the area. But, my biggest issue was that they could not arrange my reservation with my IHG account. I thought ALL Holiday Inn Express hotels participated!!

The only good thing about...

Liked: The location downtown is great
Disliked: The room wasn’t cleaned. I had to ask twice for housekeeping to even show up once while I was there for four nights. They didn’t do a great job even when they finally showed up. The supplied shampoos & conditioners wouldn’t come out of their dispensers. The shower head was gross. They never refilled coffee or ice bag liners for the room.

Wonderful and comfortable stay

Liked: The view was spectacular! At check-in Georgie was absolutely phenomenal! She made me and my family feel very welcomed and she greeted me as I headed up for the night. Absolutely loved her!

The elevator felt unsafe and...

Liked: Conveniently located. Emma the concierge was friendly and helpful.
Disliked: The elevator panel was broken and taped together with bright blue painter's tape. The elevator was past due it's service date - the expiration date was October 2024. The staff seemed annoyed by the guests.
