Liked: I had a horrible check-in with one of the staff there but Luis the manager was able to help accommodate us. Thank you for much for the awesome customer service and keep it up. I don’t really do reviews unless it’s really good or really bad. Kudos to Luis Hernandez!

Liked: Poor staffs. Tried to check in the early morning with a crying baby! Door to front desk was locked, sign says receptionist will return in 5 minutes but waiting over 30 minutes. Breakfast staff was friendly but was rushing me and my family as they were closing. She kept reminding us as each minute came by.

Liked: The place was a bit overpriced. The window shades did not work. Breakfast was super.

Disliked: Very small room. Not much storage/closet, etc. No place to set your suitcases. Not much to select from for breakfast.
