Pleasant stay in a vibrant...

Liked: Lovely, welcoming, responsive staff. Property was well-located. Room was comfortable for a city hotel. Staff packed up a little breakfast to take with us for an early departure. Very thoughtful.
Disliked: Room was right next to the elevator but fortunately there was no hall noise and the elevator was relatively quiet.

Liked: I didn’t like anything about this location something was falling from the ceiling the rooms are very small the hallways were dirty.
Disliked: The dirty room and hallways there was a strong smell of mildew. I spoke with a a staff member about being unhappy with the room stated they would refund me my money after they spoke to booking.com however I was billed for the whole stay. I didn’t stay at this location one night. Because of the unkept hotel
