The staff were amazing and...

Liked: My phone died overnight because the charging port was loose so we overslept our alarm. We were not pressured or rushed through breakfast and everything was still well-stocked and available. My card stopped working while I was trying to load up and check out. I called down and the previously-mentioned lady @ front desk brought me up new cards to 3rd floor (which I did not expect but greatly appreciated as I was traveling alone w/2 small children).
Disliked: There was only one entrance so I couldn't park near my room. They are situated on a hill which made it difficult to maneuver the cart to load/unload luggage.

Liked: The rooms were clean and spacious
Disliked: Breakfast options were ok they have a wide variety but some was not as good .....taste wise.
