Liked: Great location. Beautiful property. Check-in was simple. The rooms are spacious and clean. Continental Breakfast was exceptional. We only stayed one night while passing through the city but will definitely be staying again on our future visits. 10/10

Disliked: The door was not easy to open. At night No a/c they just did their job by changing me to another room not even a bottle of water was offered.Parking was a bit confusing the employees treated you like you should know their procedure or how the hotel works instead of remembering is their job to explain and make sure the guest is good.

Disliked: There is no parking at the hotel, you have to park in front unload your bags then park in the lot around the corner which charges about $35 per 12 hours. And there wasn’t anything on the booking that I found that said that. Then the elevator stopped working 1/2 through bringing up our bags with 2 18 month olds and we were on the 5th floor. Stairs did not have hand rails nor were there anytime of handicap ramp. So not sure what a disabled person would have done. The room was okay. It really needed to be recleaned. Remote to Tv was dirty counter tops were dirty and carpet needed to be vacuumed. We were there for a short time due to my daughter having a baby but I 100% do not recommend this hotel at all. There was nothing convenient about it.

Disliked: The hotel elevator did not work and I am handicapped. The only rooms they had were on the 3rd and 4th floor. I had to go to the Hampton inn to get a room for the next two nights. I'm very upset that they didn't tell me in advance that they were having problems with the elevator.
