No TV in first room...

Liked: Location was fine except when we got moved to second room because tv didn't work in first room. The second room smelled like mildew. Another Problem was that I was told I'd receive a 20% refund and then told that since it was through booking.com it was impossible. Then told that manager would reach out to booking.com to have refund applied and it never happened.
Disliked: One Room smelled like mildew

Another worthy Holiday Inn Express

Liked: Fantastic and friendly customer service from each employee that we encountered. Clean room and bathroom. Amazing shower pressure and temperature. Wasn’t sure about the bed but it was so much more comfortable than I thought it would be with clean covers and crisp linen. Cleanest continental breakfast area with great selection. Extremely happy!
Disliked: There wasn’t anything I did not like.
