We had a great stay here. The room was immaculate, and all the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, as I was travelling with a disabled husband. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again.

Great location and price, room...

Liked: Room a bit small, was family of 4, 2 adults and 2 kids sofa bed took up the entire room couldn’t move at all.
Disliked: Room a bit small, was family of 4, 2 adults and 2 kids sofa bed took up the entire room couldn’t move at all, we had to climb over the sofa bed to get to the bathroom

Liked: Easy and quick check in. We were greeted with a warm welcome from reception staff.The room was comfortable. Breakfast had lots of choices.Hotel location was good for what we had planned in the area. We visited the friends experience which was an easy 15 minute walk from the hotel and also did the cable cars which were also nearby, about 10 mins walk from the hotel.
Disliked: The room was initially cold on arrival. However spoke to staff at reception who quickly sorted this. The food choice for the evening was not great at the hotel however the Italian restaurant next door did a take away option and we were informed by staff at the hotel reception we could get a discount there if we mentioned we are staying at the hotel. The pizza was lovely!!!
