Liked: The breakfast was delicious and more than sufficient. I give a 10!
Disliked: During our stay, we had an uncomfortable experience with a staff member. When we called the reception about a heating issue, a person dressed entirely in black garments and black gloves arrived. My wife and I were startled because we did not know she was hotel staff. We expected staff to wear recognizable work attire, as is common in most hotels. This caused confusion and discomfort. Additionally, the towels in our room were dirty the next day, but fortunately, the reception handled this issue kindly. Furthermore, the heating issue was only properly resolved later. Overall, we believe the service could be more professional and clearer. During our stay, we witnessed a loud and intense argument between two people from 3 AM to 5 AM. The noise was so disturbing that we couldn’t sleep, and we were genuinely afraid that something serious might happen. Eventually, one person left the room, but this incident made us feel unsafe. Shouldn't the hotel staff intervene in such situations? We expected better security measures.

A wonderful place to stay...

Liked: This was not my first stay at Holiday Inn Express, we stayed here end of last year and as usual, it was very good! Breakfast was nice and the staff was as usual amazing, ready to help with all your needs, definitely a compliment for all of them! Will contine to book at Holiday Innin the future! Keep up the good work!

Disliked: The breakfast was not as expected. No fried or scrambled eggs, and no bacon. There were hard-boiled eggs, but the yolk was completely green - probably because they had been lying there too long. Not very appetising...

Liked: Location close to city center, central station and metro.The breakfast had few options but the quality was ok.
Disliked: It needs a major renovation in the rooms.The entrance is at level 0 but the reception is at floor 1. Which is only reachable via lift or a tight staircase( impossible to walk in the two directions).
