Disliked: I had 3 rooms reserved, Bookings only sent over 1 reservation. Rest of hotel was sold out! We had to find different accommodations as we had to stay together. Ice storm in Detroit, so flights were cancelled and was difficult.

Liked: We were there overnight before an early flight. Checkin was a friendly breeze, the shuttle to the airport was precisely on time, the room was clean and comfortable. We left too early for breakfast.

Liked: I caught a shuttle from the airport and it was a short ride (lucky I was the first drop-off). The front desk was sympathetic to my check-in problem. There were a couple of food options across the parking lot. Room was quiet and breakfast was decent and the return shuttle was on time.
Disliked: Front desk didn't have my reservation, so I paid for another room. Found my original reservation on my own once I had wifi in the room. I had to call Booking.com to resolve it.
