Very good

Liked: Size and comfort of the room. The breakfast was pretty good.
Disliked: A pretty small fitness center. The exhaust fan in the bathroom didn't work.

Liked: The staff of this hotel deserve an award for best customer service. Every single person we had interaction with were friendly, helpful and professional.
Disliked: While the staff of this hotel were excellent. Every staff member was friendly, helpful and over the top with their customer service. If it wasn't for the staff, I definitely would have given a lower rating. This facility is tremendously run down. For the cost per night, I was expecting any other Holiday inn that we have stayed in the past. But this one has floors cracked, the hotel was just dingy. There was hair our shower the moment we walked in. I was very let down by the quality of this hotel.

Great stay!

Liked: Spotlessly clean. Almost like walking into a never been used before room. The only negative thing I found was , being right on a hilly area of the interstate, there was a bit of road noise through the windows from semi’s ( using their “ Jake brake”), otherwise it was a great stay. ( The young man that checked me in at the front desk was fantastic.. didn’t get his name, sorry).
