With a few exceptions, overall...

Liked: The room was spacious and for the most part clean. The lighting in the room was excellent. The staff was friendly and attentive. The location was easy to access from the highway. There were several food options in the area.
Disliked: The shower door wasn't working properly and the toilet seat was broke. The area by the elevator needs painting and cleaning.

Disappointed in the stay of...

Liked: I liked that there was room availability for the time I booked the room.
Disliked: The shower smelled like urine. The bathroom door didn’t latch close. The air conditioner squeaked while running and our room on the first floor must have backed up to the kitchen because I woke up at 5:25 am to what sounded like slamming cabinets and pots being banged/moved around. The front desk girl that checked me could have been more friendly. Over all I’m disappointed in the stay, having stayed at other holiday inn hotels this is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had. I expected a more comfortable stay from a holiday inn hotel. This experience will make me rethink ever staying at another holiday inn chain hotel.
