Nice/clean hotel option in Roseville

Liked: Nice front desk staff, quick check-in.Room was clean and comfortable and spacious.We had to leave very early to get on the road, and they provided coffee and breakfast to take with us, much appreciated!

Disliked: I am contacting you about our recent stay at one of your hotels because I would like to request a refund. This was one of the worst hotel experiences I have had. The hotel smells terrible! It was freezing inside. Clearly hasn't been updated since the early 1990s. Toilet was gross. Bodily hair found on it along with scuffed up well worn toilet seat. Rusty mirrors in bathroom. Bathroom sink was clogged so any time we had to wash our hands or brush our teeth the sink filled up with water and would not drain. I ran a bath for my child and there was mold floating in it. Heater was loud and noisy. Street racing going on outside at 2 am. Blood stains on the sheets. Elevator was junky. This was like a motel but hotel prices. Oh and they closed their pool for the season so my family could not use the spa outside. We will never bring our family here again. We had to book this last minute hotel because my mother in law passed away and we are traveling to go to her funeral. This was an already a stressful situation so we had to pay $75 for an early cancellation fee to leave to go to another hotel. I will say the staff was very friendly. I appreciate this but the facility was unexceptionable. Our family is grieving the loss of our loved one and because of the unsanitary living accommodations we now have a huge credit card bill because we had to find another hotel. Great stay with good value...

Liked: Very clean and safe hotel. Great location close to stores / food. Staff VERY friendly and the cleanliness was excellent. Traveled with family and friends for volleyball and it was a perfect stay and distance from the center. Breakfast was a hot being hot with many options. In room refrigerator and the microwave made it very convenient. There is a mini market down in the lobby too incase you needed anything. Stores are close by as well. Very pleased and will stay again.
Disliked: The pool was closed for the season. While there were dings and scratches on some furniture, it was ok because the cleanliness of the entire hotel was amazing. Good comfy beds/ bedding and room sizes. Nothing too negative to say at all.
