Disliked: The heater in our room stopped working over night so it was very cold the next morning.

Disliked: Doors do not close or open properly (fire and safety hazard) and the staff choose not to do anything about it. Their repeated response: ‘Sorry ma’am, there is nothing I can do about your stay’. If you’re looking for customer service, do not stay here. They do not put guests first.

Horrible hotel!!!!!

Liked: Would never recommend or stay in this hotel again.
Disliked: My door to my room was broken the top hinge was falling off preventing the door from closing. When I contacted the front desk I was given excuses and told there is nothing they can do. My rate for one night in a room I couldn't shut the door on is $341!! In addition the hotel is hosting a school bus full of drunk women that are screaming down the hallways and in the parking lot at midnight. The room smells like wet dog and cigarettes. There is no sleep happening here! The front desk staff were completely rude and now I am going through booking.com for a resolution.

Liked: Room and bed were clean and comfortable. Bathroom was clean. Check in was quick.
Disliked: No staff at the front desk. Alcohol in the fridge was accessible to kids Breakfast was gross. Uncooked sausage and sausage gravy were the protein options.

Liked: Everything about our stay was great. The staff, location, the room and the price.
Disliked: There was nothing that I would say I disliked. I liked everything about our stay. I would only say that I was looking forward to the bed being as comfy as the beds at the Holiday Inn in Webster but they weren’t. They weren’t uncomfortable though. They were still pretty good beds. I have no complaints about anything hung with our stay.
