Great venue for the price....
Liked: It was great on every level. Front desk staff very friendly and the kitchen staff in the morning also great. Foods nice and fresh with great assortment too. Just wish they had french vanilla coffee creamer.

Will not be going back.
Liked: Close to the hospital.
Disliked: We booked a king room. It was so tiny barely any room to move around. Our heater was falling off the wall. We addressed it with the hotel staff. They sent a staff member to go shove it back on. Didn’t offer to get us a new room. Didn’t offer to make things right. The rooms are not like the pictures. The rooms are beat up. We could see outside from the side of our heating/ac system on the wall.

Terrible housekeeping and client service
Liked: Location
Disliked: The first night that we stayed at the hotel there were only 3 full body towels (less than the number of people we reserved the room for). When I asked for more, they said that they run out of clean towels and to check the next morning.For the second night, when we arrived to our room, we discovered housekeeping had skipped it. When I asked the person at the reception, they said that we should’ve requested it. However, at check-in that same person did not mention that we had to request the service. This is the first time at a hotel that I have to “request housekeeping service in advance”. Finally, the person at the reception decided just to give me clean towels and said there was nothing she could do. For failing twice to give us a proper housekeeping service at a hotel I would’ve expected first and foremost an apology and some other type of action. It is inadmissible to be paying for a service that was not provided to the fullest.

Liked: Other guests on the floor noisy and there was Marvana smell on the guest room floor and inside my room by using Marvana inside the room
Disliked: Strict action was needed against noise and USING MARVANA INSIDE THE ROOMS
