My stay was at the...

Liked: Excellent front desk service. Front desk clerks got us checked-in quickly. When I booked an extra night, the front desk clerks expeditiously contacted me by phone to let me know my new keys were ready.
Disliked: The housekeeping staff knew little English, which was annoying, when I attempted to explain what I wanted them to do.

Great Hotel Clean & comfortable

Liked: The room was very spacious and clean. The front dest staff on the morning went above and beyond.
Disliked: I did request earlier check in since my original hotel did not meet my expectations. I waited in the lobby for 5 hours. She still leg me in 2 hours ahead. But it was a very long day
