Disliked: The floor of the room and bathroom were dirty and there was hair on the bed sheets.

Liked: The room was clean
Disliked: One elevator was broken, so there was only one functional elevator for the whole hotel. It was a 10 minute or longer wait every time we needed to get up to our room. There was a power outage for a little while (just the hotel). And the sink was nearly entirely clogged.

Disappointing

Liked: When we arrived at the property at 4:45pm our room was not ready until 5:20pm. We asked for a late check out and they told us that you need to ask at 8:30am. When we asked on the morning they said no. I asked to speak to the manager and they would not let me speak to a manager. When we called IlLG cordoned service Ibwas disconnected 5 times and no one could help me contact a manager to ask why we could not get into a room until almost 5:30pm and we were not given even a little bit of a late check out on a Sunday morning which is typically not a busy day for chdcm in. Very disappointing working with thie group and thie hotel staff.
Disliked: Room not ready and no late check out even when we are delayed getting into my rooom

Superb

Liked: Breakfast was great with options provided since I don't eat pork. The location was perfect for places I visited.
Disliked: The keys fobs were not working that week so they had to walk us to our rooms to open the door.

Pleasant

Disliked: Very thin walls, quite noisy
