Liked: The lady at the front desk was friendly and the check-in process went smoothly. The hotel is very new and clean. There were 2 King beds in our room and a lot of space. The breakfast selection was good and we appreciated the hot breakfast. We were able to use the indoor pool eventhough we visited in Winter.
Disliked: The guests above us were very noisy. It sounded like there were children doing gymnastics in the middle of the night. The cleaning staff also forgot to clean our room after the first night eventhough we left by 9:30AM. The lady at the front desk said that shouldn't have happened and said she'd report it. Finally, the hotel is not in the more central part of Redding. I prefer the Hilltop location, but there is a big cost difference. This location is right off the freeway without much of a sound barrier. I was okay with the traffic noise, but some might not like it. Also, there is no hot tub at this location.

Liked: OK.
Disliked: In the photos, the shower stall was shown with a bench.However, our room was not so equipped. My husband has dementia and sometimes gets dizzy. So it would have been nice to have a bench seat or shower chair.He did OK in the shower this time, fortunately.Easy

Decent for the money, wish...

Liked: The rooms were clean and bed comfortable
Disliked: The “breakfast” area was very crowded and with lots of guests it forced you walk through tightly seated guests. Nobody monitored food so it was empty and left open and I watched someone cough right in it. They need a side entrance. ADA would not be able to access it with the crowds you have to maneuver. I didn’t eat

Friendly, Clean, very Tasty Breakfast!!

Liked: Parking lot was well lighted, The Staff was so friendly, The Hotel was really clean!! I appreciated the wonderful breakfast that was offered, there was something for everyone.. I will definitely keep this on my favorites for staying, if passing through again on a trip.
Disliked: Nothing really at all,,,
