Overall very good

Liked: Very clean. Called before we got there to ask about a dog they said yes it was fine. When we got there they said only service animals and I would have to pay $20 more.

Liked: Very clean and not far from Redding; away from the bums and drugs. This place is very safe and clean. Well worth paying a little more. Excellent breakfast. Pet friendly/$25.00 per pet per night.

Overall a good clean and...

Liked: I believe the lady who checked us in was Bonnie, she was super nice, helpful and friendly. I thought the location was good because it was very easy to get on the freeway and had a convenient gas station very close by. I think this is a great place if you just need a clean and safe place to rest along your journey.
Disliked: We were staying at multiple hotels in different places over the course of a few days, and I thought I had called this one to make sure they had a hot tub as we really wanted a relaxing evening before a long travel day, but when we got there we found the hot tub had been cemented over… that was very disappointing. There was a pool but it was cold and dirty so we didn’t go in. The breakfast was decent, however one thing that could be improved is that they had very little options for people who don’t eat meat/dairy. It would be great if they had some kind of plant based milk option. The next 2 hotels we stayed at had soy/almond milk so this hotel did loose points for having nothing like that. The coffee also tasted really bad, it seemed like maybe it was made a few days before or something, so that could be improved. I saw some reviews about the freeway noise, and yes it was kind of noisy but we knew that going in and it wasn’t too bad.
