Liked: Despite being told that we would be allocated a room on the ground floor we were placed on the second !; It was no great problem tho as we were quite near the elevator; (One can "ALWAYS" find something to moan about if you look hard enough & there are thoes who do!) The room heating did NOT work and we were given a portable heater; having been offerd a room change we opted to stay where we were as we had unpacked being there for four days; Staff were excellent and nothing was too much trouble for them; Breakfast was like all the other expresse's we have stayed in, was excallent with a great varity of fresh well cooked and presented options (No fried eggs unfortunatly as with the rect of the chain)
Disliked: The TV is on the blink with the the backlight going on & off, did'nt bother us too much as were wern't there to watch TV, couldnt acess my IHG account so lost the points for our stay !
