Exceptional

Liked: Perfect location. Sadly the visit was for family bereavement but the staff were lovely. Breakfast was wonderful as usual & I always look forward to my morning coffee ☕️ with you as it is wonderful.
Disliked: There is nothing I can complain about.

Liked: Love the location of the hotel. Everything was lovely & clean. The staff were very helpful and friendly.
Disliked: Breakfast. Sorry but not up to your usual standards. Bacon was like shoe leather. The tomatoes were just shown the grill I think & hash browns were soggy. Breakfast is usually very good but disappointed this visit

Liked: Room was freezing I found dirty pair on underwear under the bed
Disliked: Dirty underwear under bed, I was disappointed because I’ve always stayed in nice rooms when I’ve been there but this time was an exception
