Disliked: Am cancelling Booking, will never stay at a HIE. I emailed both MANY times trying to change reservation dates, spoke on phone MANY times with HIE, NOT ABLE TO CONTACT BOOKING NY PHONE. Lost $100. Booking/HEI would not communicate with each other to correct problem. Booking kept telling me to contact HEI, HIE told me they could not correct, Booking had to make correction. This went on for 2 weeks.

Very good!

Liked: Breakfast was good.
Disliked: Only complaint was guest room doors slam. Anytime someone would come or go, the door slammed loudly throughout the hallway.
