I really feel that this was not good value for money and yet it could be brilliant in such a great location.

Liked: The receptionist was helpful.
Disliked: The lift didn't work; the door buzzer didn't work when I returned soaking wet at 10-30.

Superb stay, friendly and helpful...

Liked: The location was superb. The room was clean and tidy. The bed was so comfortable.
Disliked: One small detail the bottom of the shower was a bit slippery and the shower head didn’t stay up when raised.

Liked: All good with hotel beds food location all very good as we're staff
Disliked: The people in next room chanting at 5am had to call out for them to stop as it was driving me mad I have a heart condition and badly needed rest but it was not possible the chanting was going on when we arrived it stopped about 10 o'clock pm but as I say started very very early today I have had no rest and I have another long journey today it's not the hotel who is at fault but the guests I do not make a habit of. Complaining but this is not good they should be made aware of there disturbance and they can understand English as I can hear them speaking it
