I really feel that this was not good value for money and yet it could be brilliant in such a great location.

Liked: The receptionist was helpful.
Disliked: The lift didn't work; the door buzzer didn't work when I returned soaking wet at 10-30.

Ok but could have been...

Liked: The location was excellent, the staff were very good.
Disliked: The car park was under the hotel but there was no easy foot access. The room was too hot and the air-conditioning was broken so we had to move rooms.

Disliked: Loud squeaky door in corridor near our room. Squeaky beds. Clockight on TV too bright and had to cover it. Toiler seat wobbly. Not hotel fault, but people in next room arguing until nearly 11 p.m. and slamming door constantly.
