Great Service!

Liked: I stayed in a family 2-room suite. The beds were very comfortable. I was told that they had overbooked and would have to give us a single double queen instead, or that we could pay extra for another double queen to have two rooms. However, when I arrived, they had managed to get us the original booking room. Plus, the manager gave me a hand- written card apologizing for the confusion and a gift bag full of snacks and treats. Exceptional service! Breakfast was excellent. The pool area shower did not work, but the pool was nice otherwise. A hot tub would have been nice. I loved the location of being right off the freeway.

Great location and clean

Liked: Great location, and very clean. A few odd noises here and there but not too bad. I would definitely stay here again.

Brand new facility?

Liked: Have stayed here many times over the last 15+ years. Nice to see efforts to refurbish the motel. Our room and the dining room were like brand new. Have stayed in other motels that were twice the cost and not even close to as nice as here.
